Up for sale at a $99 starting bid and NO RESERVE is a nice original low mile 1945 U 74 inch big twin flathead with factory sidecar. Only 50 ever produced with factory sidecar gearing. Been in the same family since it was new.Very low production original 1945 U 74 inch big twin flathead the starts and runs good no smoke. No major leaks shifts good. Bike was painted black back in the 1970’s Engine, Transmission have never been removed from the bike. Sidecar has always been with this bike.Bellies match as well is the sidecar is numbers match to the bike. Sidecar has all the original brake hardware. I have never had this machine on the road. It has very old tires that have good tread and hold air fine, but they are old. I had the carburetor totally gone through. Correct M51. I also replaced the coil and wires. Has a new battery. This bike is pretty much how I got it. I am selling as is due to the age of the machine.Even the gas tanks are very nice inside. The frame is very nice.These are the things that I know are not correct. Has an old reproduction sidecar tub. Has a repop ignition switch, has a later sidecar fender but is an original OEM fender. Has a very nice sidecar light. Those are the things I know of. Again, I would recommend going over the bike before riding it since it’s been sitting for many years.
